About Uhura
Uhura is part of our Guardian program and her parents are loving her cuddles!
This shy girl takes her time to warm up to other dogs, but after just a couple days, she's always at the center of the dog pile. She loves her humans though! A good snuggle into her humans, or a meet and greet with new friends, and she is a happy girl. Always enthusiastic to join a play session, but even more eager to cuddle into her favorite spot after, completely content.
Uhura Fun Facts
Our “lioness” has a thick, furry coat, with a heart to match her namesake. She requires weekly brushing of her long, straight fluffiness.
Like any woman, she can't have enough shoes! It's her goal in life to find as many as she can and bring them all out in a pile. At least she doesn't eat them.
Her obsession? Snow! Because who doesn’t find a patch of snow and think “Hey, why don’t I shove my face into that?” She also loves to play in the garden and afterwards jump into the tub for a little rinse off. Prim and proper, until she gets ahold of her toy, then she’s as fierce as they come. She only looks dainty!
